Outpatient Manager

JOIN TEAM UPG. The University of Virginia Physicians Group is seeking a Manager of Outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy in Charlottesville, VA.


ASPIRE TO WORK WITH THE BEST. Providing various rehabilitation services at two outpatient clinics designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives, you will join an experienced team of highly skilled physicians and allied health professionals utilizing innovative equipment and rehabilitation technology.


ASPIRE TO PERFORM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. We are seeking a motivated, energetic and team-oriented Manager to be responsible for day-to-day operations, including supervising physical and occupational therapists, reception and ancillary staff. You are encouraged to develop relationships and participate in community outreach to assist in the overall expansion of our services. We require a Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy degree from accredited program, licensure in the state of Virginia and 3-5 years; clinical/supervisory experience in an outpatient setting. Prior experience with a company transition and in assisting with future growth including additional sites is desired but not required.
